Fruit Care

at flatau farm we pick our fruit as close to tree-ripe as possible, so we recommend prompt refrigeration

• Ripe fruit should be refrigerated

• Store in the produce drawer or in a vented bag

• Stone fruit will maintain freshness for 3 to 7 days in the refrigerator, apples 2 weeks or more

• If you desire further ripening/softening, leave at room temperature out of sunlight and check frequently

• Wash before eating
